1996 – Curse Of The Vampire is born … emerging from Tony’s mind, the
band knows its first steps with Cure and other bands (Christian Death, Cocteau Twins, Love
Like Blood, etc) covers … for own pleasure; foundations for a first own
song that will be re-worked several years later ("Gothic Angel") are laid that
year...

time)

2002 – New line up after a long, long break … Tony decides to put the
band on the road again with more serious ideas... a new bass player (Georget) that
will soon become the other "pillar" of the band (including Tony) joins the band;
and a first composition is on the way...

2003 – Frederic (guitar) replaces Jeremy for the last months of the year, and
the band gives one of its best live gigs ever in Tournai (Belgium), … a 90 mn tribute
for a Cure night !Line

2004 – Frederic leaves the band and Olivier shares a piece of the road with us
… but after several months, Frederic comes back again, along with Stephane, brand new
member following us since 2003 as a photographer for the band !Line up : Tony (vocals, guitar), Olivier

2004 will be the beginning of a long and creative
collaboration, giving birth to our first demo CD the year after …

2005 – First year of full creation … our demo CD « In
Holyness » comes out on the 11th of june 2005 (a copy is given to Simon Gallup (The
Cure) and Oli De Sat (Indochine) in own hands), and the band starts getting its firsts
newspaper articles ; own compositions are, more than ever, fully played during gigs
and Curse Of The Vampire sees the beginning of its better years !... Curse Of The
Vampire then shows its real "Cold/Wave/Goth" influences that the band will claim
through their own creations...

2006 – Same line up … and new songs … 2 important live gigs are also
given that year !Line

But Curse Of The Vampire comes back to a 3-members band
at the end of 2006 with the departure of Frederic …

2007 – One of the most important gigs of the band will take place that year at
the mythical Steeple in Waregem, headlining a Cure night !The trio, newly formed at the end of 2006, also starts working on
the 1rst full album « Anger & Agony » ! … The band comes in
studio in september in order to record 12 tracks !

2008 – In february 2008, recordings at « Neris Records Studio »
come to an end ! … Mix & mastering begin … and a promo video is
included on Myspace …Date of release is, at
first, planned for July or August, but will finally be announced for the 15th of
september !
A video for the "Strangest Kind Of Beauty"
track is available and given with the 100 first copies of the album !
Videoprojections for live gigs are also created !
